Healthy Cell Phone Habits

It’s almost frightening to imagine a world without wireless connections and pre-set reminders. Of course, you can survive with a little less use of your cell phone and maybe you should. Despite it being the best personal assistant you’ve ever had, it’s also a hazard to your health.

One time or another we’ve all found ourselves wanting something or someone when clearly it isn’t good for us. A prime example of this happened to me this morning when I went to one of my fave café’s on Spadina, Dark Horse. Admittedly, I was a very tired this morning after a night of tossing and turning and wanted a little ‘pick me up’.
