Healthy Cell Phone Habits

It’s almost frightening to imagine a world without wireless connections and pre-set reminders. Of course, you can survive with a little less use of your cell phone and maybe you should. Despite it being the best personal assistant you’ve ever had, it’s also a hazard to your health.

One time or another we’ve all found ourselves wanting something or someone when clearly it isn’t good for us. Cardiovascular exercise is great to ‘burn’ calories and improve your overall health by strengthening your heart and lungs. When performed alone, cardio exercise will provide a short boost for your metabolism and the benefits of improving your body’s ability to use oxygen more efficiently. When partnered together, weight training AND cardio will boost your metabolism far more than when done alone.
